Aims and MethodologyThe Academy offers a three year undergraduate course and a Masters programme. It aims to develop skills which will enable its graduates to move freely and competently through the complex world of the moving image and to produce projects for cinema, television and audiovisual communication.
The teaching methodology of the Academy effectively combines both theory and practise and, above all, offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on practical experience. The high standards offered by the school are guaranteed by the teaching staff which includes university lecturers and practising professionals of international standing. The teachers, who share in the philosophy of the institution, are always ready to pass on their experience and knowledge to students and create a position from which to probe the world of the moving image. Moreover, the Academy is always at the forefront of new technical developments and offers training in digital technology alongside more traditional systems.
